“Well here we are, the end of 2010 is almost upon us and we are entering a New Year full of new challenges, more fun and more importantly lots more fundraising so that we can continue to help those who dedicate their lives to help us and this great nation.
Over the last year we have seen such feats of strength both mental and physical from people both military and civilian and indeed even from our very own veterans that bring a tear to the eye and a lump to the throat to witness.
To all the fantastic teams and individuals who took part in the Forces March and to the hundreds of individual fundraisers who undertake their own personal challenges we thank you with heartfelt gratitude.
To all those who have just given, by text, web donations or even just popping a bit of change in collection boxes, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
We could not and cannot do without your help. 2011 will be a year for more challenges, some amazing new initiatives and of course more fundraising. Please continue to donate and check the website for volunteering opportunities as we aim to go above and beyond in our efforts to help our troops, veterans and forces families.
Thank you all again for everything you have done for Project 65 – The Veterans Charity. We wish you all a very safe and Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year.
